The idea is to create a system that on many levels can be read as a pixelated system. Beginning with the large scale of Manhattan and surrounding Boroughs, then zooming to the neighborhood, into the site and into the program.
The idea is to create a language that reads on many different scales and communicates the the same ideas.

The hope is that this will create a system, a pixelation, of the site functions, program, and how the overall system works on various scales.
This is about the overlapping qualities of this program. The Garden [green] can run into the the eating and restaurant [red], while the restaurant is the connection between the garden and the housing [blue].

After a weekend in New York City, I’ve geotagged places around the city where homeless individuals were located.
